The Phambili Investments Internship offers recent graduates the opportunity to embark on a 13‑month journey with Momentum Investments, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the investment world. Based in Centurion, Gauteng, this temporary role provides dynamic rotations across front, middle, and investment administration departments, combining hands‑on training with theoretical learning. Interns will contribute to impactful projects, benefit from mentorship, and develop both professional and personal skills while working in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating environment that values diversity, innovation, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Experience dynamic rotations across various departments including front, middle, and investment administration
• Engage in on‑the‑job training complemented by theoretical learning leading to a Financial Markets Practitioner qualification through ASISA
• Contribute to challenging and impactful business and research projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Investment Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science
• Relevant Honours degree would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
